Our lens cleaning formula is intended for use on optical lenses, eyewear, camera lenses, phone screens and watch faces only. It is not intended for use on skin or any part of the body. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Section 14 - Delivery and Risk

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
